                                                                                  Focusing on core business districts and luxury shopping areas in China’s tier-one and tier-two, through integrated marketing resources and top commercial operators in each subsector, we opportunistically acquire retail properties.                                                                                   Connecting exceptional operators, focusing on renovated properties (such as old factory, warehouses, apartments, office buildings, shopping centers and hotels) in China’s first and second tier cities with light-asset acquisitions and through professional refurbishing and investment operations, we are able to enhance property value and establish steadily growing rental income. After the project has reached maturity, the fund will execute a multi-channel exit strategy.
